Information Regarding Data Processing Pursuant to Art. 13 of the EU 2016/679 Regulation (GDPR)

With becoming law of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, "Regulation"), Studio Cotecchia & Associati, with registered office in Corso A. De Gasperi, 384 - 70125 - Bari, Italy, C.F./P. VAT 07562550728, as "holder" of the treatment, is required to provide some information regarding the use of personal data.

This Regulation rules the processing of personal data, that is, any operation or set of operations, carried out without the aid of electronic tools, concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification , selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion and destruction of data, even if not registered in a database.

Source of personal data
